TMac Images (formerly Portraits By Mac), has produced award-winning portraits for residents of the Vallejo area for more than 30 years. In recognition of “achieving the highest standards of professional performance in the photographic profession”, photographer/owner, Mac McKenzie, was conferred the Degree of Photographic Craftsman in 1992.

Following a brief stint for the Golden State Warriors in 1973-1974, Mac opened his studio in Vallejo in 1978, and he became the official school photographer for Vallejo High School in 1981. Mac moved his studio to its current location at 931 Tennesse Street in Vallejo, in August 1987, and he also now serves St. Patrick – St. Vincent High School (since 1987) and Jesse Bethel High School (since 2000) and Vallejo High School (since 1981).

Mac McKenzie a past president of Professional Photographers of the Greater Bay Area (PPGBA) and a past president of Professional Photographers of California (PPC). In addition, Mac has also served both organizations as Chairman of the Board. Furthermore, Mac is one of the founders and served as the first president of the Professional Photographers Minority Network (PPMN), an affiliate of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA).
